In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we are looking for motivated people to join the Technical Support department team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support - perform diagnostics, repair, testing, and servicing of gaming equipment for the Haskovo region and the South Central region;
- Perform installation, de-installation, and maintenance of a wide range of products manufactured by the company;
- Provide support in solving technical problems and inquiries from customers;
Requierments
- Completed secondary education;
- Experience with electrical engineering;
- Experience in service and repair activities related to electronics;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Technical knowledge - reading diagrams and schematics;
- Ability to travel within the country and abroad;
- Driver's license (active driver with minimum 1-2 years of experience);
- Experience in planning/organizing is considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of English (written and spoken) will be considered an advantage;
- Has the desire and motivation for development;
- Adaptability, responsibility, loyalty;
- Effective cooperation with other teams and maintaining constructive relationships, good organizational and communication skills;
- Analytical skills and focus on coping with challenging tasks;
- Skills for prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and attention to detail;
