In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we at EGT are looking for a highly organized and responsible Office Manager. The employee in this position will be responsible for executing daily administrative tasks. Location: Sofia, street: Panorama Sofia 6, Business center Richhill
Responsibilities
- Coordinating office activities and providing technical cooperation to managers in the organization;
- Managing written and verbal correspondence, creating and updating documents, and participating in various projects;
- Scheduling meetings with partners, suppliers, and guests of the company, overseeing meeting schedules, preparing conference rooms, and providing feedback;
- Welcoming, accommodating, and assisting with the departure of visitors and guests of the company;
- Managing office supplies, placing orders when necessary, and organizing procurement;
- Executing other office tasks and fulfilling administrative responsibilities assigned by management;
Requierments
- Bachelor’s degree in higher education;
- Friendly and professional appearance;
- Experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload and time management and planning skills;
- High-level verbal and written communication skills;
- Discretion and confidentiality;
- Good command of the English language;
