The Interactive Department of Euro Games Technology signed an agreement with Glimmer Ltd. to deliver online casino games and services through their platform Portomaso Gaming. This is one of the biggest platforms in Malta, very well recognized over the world, and that enables EGT Interactive to offer its PC and mobile content to a big part of the well-known established operators in Malta. After a successful integration process the games are now live and available on the casino site www.portomasolive.com and are already part of its new content offering.

Todor Zahariev, Head of Online Systems in Euro Games Technology, commented the recent achievement of his department: “We are proud to have such a good partnership with our new client in Malta. The qualities and adaptability of our games were immediately recognized and I am pleased to announce that in a very short term we will appear on the other sites from the portfolio of Portomaso Gaming.”

EGT is a well-known name in the industry and the company’s games are played in over 70 countries. The Interactive Department might be relatively new, but it is growing fast and strong. It has more than 50 video slot titles – all of them are online versions of EGT’s most popular land-based games, including video pokers, roulettes (semi-automated wheel with live video streaming) and keno. Twenty new developments are expected to be released within 2015 that will continue the corporate strategy to let players enjoy EGT’s gaming content on their smartphone, tablet or laptop.

Euro Games Technology reached another significant milestone in its corporate history. The company made their first installation in one of the largest casinos in Europe - Casinó Municipale di Campione d'Italia. This January, the massive Italian complex welcomed one of EGT’s most successful jackpot solutions - Egypt Quest. Presented in eight P-24/32V Up EQ cabinets from the Premier series, the progressive jackpot system grabs the attention with its Multi-1 library of six 5-reel, 20- or 40-line games that offer players the opportunity to aim at each of the four jackpot levels – Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

This is EGT’s first installation in Italy, and what a place to make that debut. Casinó Municipale di Campione d'Italia is not only one of the biggest in Europe but it goes back almost a century. Established in 1917 on the shore of the spectacular Lake Lugano, the casino stands out with its impressive architecture and illumination at night. With its capacity to hold concerts, fashion shows and other types of cultural and show business events, it attracts celebrities from all over the world.

EGT’s machines were quick to draw a lot of attention. No sooner had they been installed than players started enjoying them. “So far Egypt Quest jackpot system was highly appreciated by players. They literally ‘assailed’ the slots,” expressed his satisfaction Mr. Giacomo Saladino, Technical Slot Manager at Casinó Municipale di Campione d'Italia. “The performance of the machines will be a reference point for additional installations of Euro Games Technology’s gaming products on our slot floor.”

Gergana Yaneva, EGT’s Sales Manager for Italy, shared her positive expectations for future presentation of company’s products in the region. “Last year we established very good relations with the casino operators in Italy, and we are confident, that in the months to come, we will be able to gradually expand our market positions in the country.” She also gave some insights as to what EGT’s future expansion strategy would look like. “The initial positive feedback that we received from our partners from Casinó Municipale di Campione d'Italia encourages us to introduce our innovative gaming products to the other casino operators in the region.”
