Mario Trayanski, director of EGT in Peru, is confident that the local market has everything needed for the company to achieve stable positions in the region. He is also positive that the presence of the Bulgarian manufacturer in the country is an important stage of its global development. In the interview for the specialized media Trayanski also accentuated on the potential of the gaming market in Peru where are already installed over 80,000 machines. More than half of them will be renewed in the upcoming years.
EGT made its debut in the last edition of Peru Gaming Show. How do you assess EGT’s presentation at the show?
This year’s exhibition went beyond our expectations. It was a nice surprise that the visitors were already familiar with our products and that facilitated our contacts with new potential customers on the local market.
The company already has offices in Argentina and Panama. What are your plans for Peru?
Our company begun its activity in the country in the second half of 2016. We have already established contacts with the key participants in the gaming industry in Peru. Only the time will show what would be the results of our efforts.
Why Peru is an interesting market for EGT? How many deals do you expect to ink during the coming years?
Euro Games Technology intends to expand its business throughout Latin America. Our products are already well known in Mexico and the Caribbean region. We have high expectations to our office in Argentina and the Peruvian market is also of importance to us. We will work towards the high satisfaction of both operators and players from our services and products. This would be a good foundation for EGT’s growth in Peru and Latin America as a whole.
Which slot cabinets and jackpot systems are mainly preferred in Peru and what new products EGT intends to present to the local operators?
Our local deals and the shown players’ interest lead me to the conclusion that EGT’s products of the Premier series, as well as the two jackpot systems Egypt Quest and Cat 4 Cash will gain quickly good positions on the market and will become widely preferred in the gaming halls and casinos in Peru.
