EGT’s P-24/24 Up enters a casino in the Basque Country

July 21, 2015

“The P-24/24 Up cabinet of Euro Games Technology drew our attention at the ICE show and was exactly what we needed to refresh our slot offerings to the players. The final decision for bringing it to our casino in Bilbao, Spain, was exclusively of our General Manager, José Gonzalez and it proved far-sighted, as our customers are now truly enjoying their time on the cabinet. The audience have always been eager to experience new slots and games and, although it is too early to project the acceptance of this particular model in the long run, its multigame mix, distinctive look, ergonomic features and easy navigation seem to have an immediate enticing effect on the players,” shared Juan Carlos De Pedro, gaming director of Gran Casino de Bilbao, soon after P-24/24 Up arrived to the venue.

It is not easy to stay ahead of players’ anticipations and for this installation EGT’s most dignified product relies on its broad multigame mix Premier Multi-3 of 39 various titles. The rendered top-class gaming performance of the machine fits perfectly in Gran Casino de Bilbao’s entertaining portfolio. The gambling establishment is for sure among the major in the region, being initially owned by the leading Spanish operator - Nervion Group. In 2014 the venue changed its proprietor, together with casinos in San Sebastian, Majorca and Ceuta, as part of the 70% acquisition agreement between Nervion and another high-profile industry participant - EGASA. Apart from the newly obtained local business, EGASA group currently holds 9 casinos in Croatia, Peru, Chile and Colombia and has partnered with Euro Games Technology before.

The installation in Gran Casino de Bilbao is the second in row of P-24/24 Up in Spain for a period of just one month. The expected development of EGT in the region is to become even more fast-paced as two more deal-winning products – the Egypt Quest progressive jackpot system and the Premier Multi-4 game mix, are currently undergoing homologation for the country.
