Sept 22, 2014
„The EGT’s recent exhibit at Entertainment Arena in Romania provided experience beyond our customers’ expectations with its floor area double the size of last year’s, widest range of presented products and lots of premieres. Our popularity is growing at a fast pace within the country and the region and we have established good liaisons with the biggest contractors in the gambling sector. Most of our customers – casinos, sport bet sites, gaming halls, and others showed their interest in our innovative solutions even before the exhibition. Nonetheless our booth was full of visitors and our team had a busy schedule of meetings with prospects. We owe that to our vast mix of high-end products perfectly suited to the complete gaming floor.” This is how Plamen Valkanov, Director of EGT Romania, summarized its impressions from Entertainment Arena 2014.
Showcased on EGT’s stand the cabinet Premier P24/32V Upright provoked the visitors’ interest with its LED-illuminated top box featuring 32” portrait-oriented monitor. The Multiplayer division novelties of EGT included the STORK series. On the booth it was shown in a 14 terminals configuration that connected a Bingo with a live and an automated roulette wheels, thus showing just one of all possible ways to adapt to the specifics of every casino floor.
Among EGT’s product launches at Entertainment Arena was the new automated roulette Premier R8, showed for a second time after its world debut at ICE 2014. It provides 8 places for the players and for the tradeshow was combined with the recently developed 4-sided display for statistical information. The new roulette is to be issued in mass production from December this year. It is expected to continue the unprecedented success of its predecessors of Vega series, known as a preferred choice for most casino operators in Romania, especially in their 4, 6, and 8 gaming places configurations.
Nevertheless the still ongoing discussions in the country on the online betting, EGT presented its interactive solutions on a booth’s specially designated area. More than 35 video slots, video pokers and roulettes, accommodating the land-based game titles for online use, were available for testing on different mobile devices.
“All received product reviews during Entertainment Arena make us confident in our future growth on the local market and in our even greater gain in popularity,” – concluded Mr. Valkanov.
