EGT has appointed a new director of its office in Argentina
Jan 06, 2025EGT's office in Argentina has a new director: Christian Graffigna, who took the position in December 2024.
He graduated from the prestigious UADE (The Argentine University of Enterprise) and studied a PAD at the management school of the University of Piura in Peru and at IESE Business School. Mr. Graffigna has extensive professional experience in the gaming and entertainment sectors. Previously, he worked at CIRSA and Luckia and for the last 7 years served as the General Manager of Starbay Casino in Panama. He joins EGT with the firm intention of turning the company into one of the leading suppliers of gaming equipment in Argentina.
Mr. Graffigna said: "I am very happy to join EGT’s international team of talented and successful professionals, thanks to whom the company is in the elite of the industry on a global level. I have an ambitious strategy for the development of the office in Argentina, which I believe will successfully implement to justify the trust placed on me."

EGT is a “True Leader” again, according to ICAP CRIF

At a special ceremony, which was held at the Hilton Hotel in Sofia on 11 December, the company was honored with the prestigious accolade, given in recognition of the outstanding performance of the 300 most successful enterprises from all industries in Bulgaria. The “True Leader” initiative is organized for the twelfth consecutive year by ICAP CRIF, the market leader in Credit Risk & Business Information Solutions in Southeastern Europe. The ranking is created based on officially published data and uses only measurable and objective indices. The participating companies have met four main criteria: they are among the most profitable enterprises in 2023 measured with EBITDA (Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization), have kept or enhanced the number of their staff in the relevant year compared to the previous, stand out with high creditworthiness (Credit Score A1 to B2) and hold leading positions in the industries in which they operate.
EGT obtained World Lottery Association Security Control Standard: 2020 Level 2 Certification
Dec 03, 2024EGT is proud to announce that it is already a member of the World Lottery Association (WLA), having successfully attained certification under its security standard WLA Security Control Standard: 2020 (WLA-SCS:2020) Level 2. This standard defines the requirements for information and operational security, as well as ensuring the integrity of the activities in the lottery and sports betting industries.
The main subject of the certification is EGT's VLT solutions. To receive this designation, the company completed a two-stage process. First, it covered the requirements of the international standard for information security management systems ISO/IEC 27001 at the end of 2023. After that, it met additional lottery-focused security requirements set by WLA.

At an official ceremony, held on 27 November, the company received accolades in the categories “Slot Machine of the Year”, “Jackpot System of the Year,” and “Corporate Social Responsibility of the Year”.
The fourth and special award “CEO of the Year” was presented to EGT's CEO Vladimir Dokov. This distinction highlights his strategic vision, which has positioned the company as one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of gaming equipment on a global level.
