Field service Deputy Manager

In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we at EGT are looking for motivated people to become part of Technical Support Division. Location: Sofia, 2 Parva Balgarska Armia Str., NPZ Voenna Rampa.
Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the managed team;
- Task assigment among the team members;
- Ensures timely and quality performance of assigned tasks;
- Suggesting measures for improving the team's activities;
- Preparing monthly reports and summaries of the team's results;
- Summarise team activities in order to keep senior managers informed;
- Monitoring the execution of the annual plans of the directorate and preparing annual reports for the management;
- Preparing monthly or annual reports and analyzing business metrics;
- Controlling and monitoring the implementation of policies, procedures, and instructions related to the activities of the entrusted department;
- Helps team members to follow company rules and guidelines;
- Helps the Field Service manager to make important decisions related to administration, projects, and management procedures;
Requierments
- Higher technical education in the field of electrical engineering, electronics and automation or computer technology;
- 3 years of experience in the field of technical support;
- High knowledge in the field of electronics;
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage;
- Good command of English;
- Ability to build relationships and interpersonal skills;
- Effective planning and organizational skills;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills for effective identification and addressing of issues.
