In connection with the development of the company, we are currently looking for a highly organized and responsible Recruitment Specialist. Location: Sofia, street: Panorama Sofia 6, Business center Richhill
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including defining requirements, posting advertisements, conducting interviews, and selecting the most suitable candidates;
- Utilizing various recruitment channels, including innovative methods and platforms, to find candidates who meet the specific needs of the business;
- Analyzing the labor market to assess current trends and using appropriate tools to attract qualified professionals;
- Coordinating interaction with internal departments to accurately define candidate profiles and ensure their successful integration into the team;
- Participating in professional events, such as career forums and exhibitions, representing the company at the highest level;
- Executing activities related to the implementation of existing HR strategies, policies, and procedures for human resources management;
- Advising and supporting employees on issues related to company policies and procedures;
Requierments
- Professional experience in the field of recruitment – at least 1 year;
- Higher education - in the field of "Human Resources" or "Psychology" will be considered an advantage;
- Very good level of computer literacy;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Knowledge of current trends and methods of attracting talent;
- High level of professionalism and respect for the confidentiality of information;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Effective time management and prioritization of tasks in a dynamic environment;
- Conducting structured interviews and assessing the competencies of candidates;
- Analyzing data and information related to recruitment and making informed decisions;
- Quick adaptation to changing circumstances and new requirements;
