In line with new projects, the Technical Support Department is expanding its team and seeking the next team player for the position of “Technician, Field Service” Location: Sofia, 2 Parva Balgarska Armia Str., NPZ Voenna Rampa.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out diagnostics, repair, and testing of all company products;
- Installation / Deinstallation of Gaming Machines;
- Technical Support of all company products;
- Participating in International exhibitions;
Requierments
- Valid Driver License (cat. B) – with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Highschool education in – electronics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or other relevant majors.
- Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.
- Good computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite.
- Technical knowledge – ability to read and understand electronic schematic diagrams.
- Travel domestically and overseas.
- Desire for growth and development.
- Adaptability, responsibility, and loyalty.
- Effective collaboration with other teams (team player), and ability to maintain good relationships with co-workers. Good organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical thinker, able to resolve complicated problems.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within scheduled timelines
