In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we at EGT are looking for motivated people to become part of Technical Support Division. Location: Sofia, 2 Parva Balgarska Armia Str., NPZ Voenna Rampa.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and standardizes processes, supporting the control of all team activities;
  • Manages processes and ensures the effective and timely execution of spare parts and materials sales (pricing and maintenance of pricing conditions, order receipt and processing, preparation of recommended spare parts lists, actively supporting planning teams and logistics operations);
  • Proposes solutions and provides information to management in case of sales delays;
  • Analyzes market trends and supports the team's activity development;
  • Maintains communication and supports collaboration with other departments and units regarding the supply of goods, materials, and services;
  • Develops professional skills and facilitates feedback provision, contributing to employee motivation and retention;
  • Monitors the execution of annual plans and assists in preparing periodic reports for management;
  • Supports the management, coordination, and control of all processes and activities related to spare parts sales for manufactured products;
  • Participates in the development of forecast plans for spare parts sales, regions, and sales channels;

Requierments

  • Higher education completed;
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, spare parts sales, goods shipment, and material/component delivery processes;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP systems (SAP), Confluence, and Jira;
  • Excellent command of the English language;
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a dynamic environment;
  • Knowledge of management principles and modern theories on managing people, processes, and projects;
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to effectively identify and address issues;
