In regards to our continuous dynamic development, we are looking for motivated people to become part of our team on the position of Customer Support Representative - 24/7. Working hours: 12-hour 2-hour shifts - day and night.1 This position requires on-site work from the company's office. Location: Sofia, 6 Panorama Sofia Str., Richhill Business Center.
Responsibilities
- Written communication and coordination with clients
- Monitoring processing of the entered data in the computer system and their correction;
- Creation of reports, according to certain indicators;
- Data monitoring using specialized software;
- Video surveillance monitoring;
- Processing of collected information and structuring in daily reports;
