Field service technician- Shumen
Technical Maintenance

In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we are looking for motivated people to become part of the Technical Support department team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform diagnostics, repair, testing, and maintenance services for gaming equipment in Northeastern Bulgaria;
- Carry out installation, de-installation, and maintenance of slot machines;
- Contribute to the technical support of our company's products;
Requierments
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in electrical engineering;
- Background in service and repair activities related to electronics;
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office suite);
- Technical knowledge – ability to read schematics and diagrams;
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally;
- Valid driving license (minimum 1-2 years of active driving experience);
- Experience in planning/organizing is considered an asset;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is a plus;
- Passion and motivation for personal and professional growth;
- Adaptability, responsibility, and loyalty;
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining constructive relationships, strong organizational and communication abilities;
- Analytical mindset and focus on tackling challenging tasks.
