The CEO of EGT Vladimir Dokov gave a lecture for international MBA students at Sofia University

Mr. Vladimir Dokov CEO of EGT took part in a lecture for international MBA students at Sofia University on the topic of Innovation and Optimization during a time of crisis. In the presentation, he started off by talking about his personal life, family values, and what it takes to start a company at the age of 22. Before moving on to EGTs company history and the importance of the Three P's (People, Process, Product). He took a special emphasis on two of the most challenging events of the past twenty years – the World Financial Crisis and the COVID Pandemic. And how with decisiveness and a clear direction, we managed to deal with the consequences and optimize the results for our company, expanding our global ambitions.
